PPP Extended Until May 31
An extension was signed for the popular Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which was created to help small businesses weather the economic fallout from COVID-19. The deadline to apply for a PPP loan has been extended from March 31 to May 31.
Employee Retention Credit Extended
The American Rescue Plan, gave businesses until Dec. 31, 2021 to claim the credit — an addition of six months from the deadline established in December 2020.
